Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

We offer free economy shipping on orders over $50 within the United States.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 3–7 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail: 2–4 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail Express: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Shipping Carriers

We currently ship using USPS discounted rates from Shopify.

Carrier options shown at checkout are based on your location.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Delivery Delays

Lanese Beauty is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Incorrect addresses
  • Customs or governmental delays (if applicable)

If your package is delayed, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Lanese Beauty is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Lanese Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out to us.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:
